Does anyone know how to get notified about long running jobs in TWS via script

Hi,

I am using Tws 8.4. We have a few jobs which keep on running for a long time even though these jobs are just 1 mins or 2 mins jobs. I want to be notified when specific jobs are running for a longer time than usual. COuld someone please help me in figuring out the unix script for this? I would also like some help in developing a script for jobs which havent started even tho the time restrictions have passed. Could someone please help me out in this
