Does anyone know how to disable the delete verification?

One of the senior researchers I work with wants his delete verification disabled, does anyone know the best way to do this? I've searched for ways to do it but have been drwaing blanks. Is it a registry modification? If anyone knows can you please let me know? Thank You!!!!

r-click on the recycle bin choose properties, uncheck display delete confirmation dialog.
