Does Anyone know Aspect Spectrum, and how to manage WPA agent dialing?

I have an ASPECT Spectrum call center with agents using WPA clients. My agents may need to call direct dial numbers + an extension such as - 9-1-NPA-NXX-XXXX, +2 digits, +3, +4, or +5 using WPA. WPA and or the Spectrum doesn't seem to allow this. Does anyone know a workaround?
