Respected Sir,

I'm Ramki,new member just joined in this forum, me working as a systems Incharge for a caterpillar Dealer in Republic of yemen, we are using DCES software and recently we upgraded our baby/36 version to 8.58 version.

After the upgradation process, which went smoothly, we are now having many strange happenings in all the dces terminals.

Icons(desktop) are disappearing automatically, even if we re-create it, after some time it is evaporating. this is happening in windows NT workstation and as well as Windows-2000 workstation.

I contacted Baby/36 and DCES team, they are also telling me that they never encounterd this problem... me struggling a lot for the past one week, nearly 20 terminals got affected.

Anybody there to pull me out of this mess..?
