I use the ** code off the auto attendant to access MerMess when I want to configure or list extensions, names, etc. and the ** code for access to WinSPM *10, but are there others off the AA as well as when on site (i.e. Touchtone receiver testing, etc. *02, trunk *03 etc)?

Couple More for ya .....

Intercom *08 tests the Flex board of an MLX set.
If all lights are Green it's good.

Test Internal Dialtone *01

Verify a Systems Release and Version *05

Test message waiting Lamp *09 (hear tone) hang up. (lamp should go on)

Don't forget *00 (Star Zero Zero). That puts the phone in SELF TEST MODE. VERY GOOD TOOL to see if you have any defective LED's or, more important, if the tone is CLEAR (not snap, crackle or pop) the WIRING IS GOOD, but if there are snaps, crackles and pops, the wiring is BAD!

Hey... I know that one ... !! Most are familiar with that as the code to enter programming locally on a phone
but yep .., add it to the List!
