Does anybody know about ESI IVX C-CLASS

I need some help. I have a new ESI IVX C-CLASS phone system but it does not come up. I have the install guide and have it wired according to the guide. Is there any power needed at the station port level or any special memory card etc.

Any help would be great~

With the C class....there should have been a Compact flash card that needs to be installed in the cabinet before powering up. This holds the operating software. If the card is not there....then the run light will flash then go off for a few seconds and repeat this. The phones will never come up either. The phones only need one pair of wires and no external power. Hope this helps
