Does anybody know about a reverse tunnel VPN?

The VPN communication will not start at the client side but at the "Server" company side.

I just heared about a nice product and I'm trying to figure out if there is any other companies building that kind of a product

I have not heard of anything that you are trying to do. Why don't you just get 2 VPN routers and connect them. That way you will always have a VPN from office to office and not have to worry about who is making the connection?

Are you talking about an initator responder tunnel? In which you can set either end to start the connection.
