does any one work with 'mosaic'

Hi,

Wondering if any one here worked with product 'Mosaic'.
If so, can you give me an idea as how does this product work in tandem with egate and affinity(Patient information system)

I have a problem with egate not able to create a cross index whenever a new patient record is created at (billing, pharmacy etc, ) in affinity.
