I have installed and re-installed call center reporting for cp 100 but I can not get the skill sets to show up on the reporting therfore it does not work.Please help me!!!
I need to say this....my engineer spends his days on this issue...i have heard that whats really needed is a new software platform because this one really sucks and is almost impossible to get working...to boot been told may need a stand alone network with fresh install to do it...At least cintechs product worked...and reboot on server pc would start if fell asleep
I installed Reporting For Call Center on a standalone pc with no problems. Here is what I did - Installed XP, all updates (including SP2), I.I.S, Java 1.42 (has to be this version), Netframe 1.1. I next installed the RCC Server (make sure the listing port is 8088 and the ip address is the Call Pilot that has Call Center) and then the client. I have installed it on other machines with major problems and the fresh install has been the answer.
excuse mr /ms customer we need a stand alone machine to these specs so it will work...sorry not included in package price...kinda sounds like a symposium server
We had the same issue last week went installing, the Nortel rep had us do a free upload to 150, I believe. Do a total install then reinstal. Installing the reporting module first then the call module second.
