Hello all,
I am presently envolved in a project with an ISP, and we are reviewing the provisioning details of placing equipment (for this project) at client sites. One item we wish to consider is disabling the console port of a cisco 831 router which will be placed at the client's location. I know that we can password protect the unit, but am curious if the console port can in any way be fully disabled.
Regards,
Ruster.
