Does 6.1 work on win2000

I just got a new p.c. with win2000 on it .I had win98 and arcserve 6.1 worked fine on it but now when I try to launch the app in win2000 I get a novell network shell not loaded error.Will I need to upgrade or is there anybody out there useing it on their win2000 machines.

ARCserve 2000 is needed for windows 2000. 6.1 was a netware product.

We do have some Netware 4.11 servers and some win2000 servers and one NT 4.0 servers.The win2000 and NT 4.0 server are not really a problem because they have their own tape backup and you can just go to the win2000 server and do all you functions there.But the 5 netware servers have there own tape backup too and the Arcserve 6.1 manager is the one giving me problems since I got the win2000 workstation.Sure I can go to the console and do it but if I am at a remote location it would be nice to work with it there.

I thought you wanted to put the entire product on the Win2000 box. If it is just the manager, it may function. I have not worked with the netware product at all.
