Hi ,,,

if we configure DOD as follows:

--- User Rights:
9N
Dial
N
50:Main

--- ARS: 50:Main
N
Dial
Ns07946429061
1

and the DOD is still the Primary DOD, then the problem is from the telephony provider .

Create outward short code with N only Not NSxxxxxxxx. Then create inbound route with the dod number to the assigned extension. Then it should work.
