DOD / CLI issue

Hi,
It is CS1000 release 5 (SSC version). I have setup a DID in my PBX, all incoming calls are hitting the correct extension. The problem is in DOD, outgoing CLI is showing the PRI master number, it should be displayed the calling extension number, i.e. Prefix+Extension.
The Telco guy say that we are sending UNKNOWN number, Below is the extract what Telco guy is pointing

Type_of_Number(Ton Unknown)"
Type of number is showing 'Ton Unknown", it should be "National".

We are using route ACOD for dialout.
Can you please help how could i send National in place of UNKNOWN.
