I have programmed RUFUM to map the DID numbers
and it is working fine

Can any one guide me to map the DOD calls, because our service provider rejected the calls due to out of range

Thanks

No idea what a DOD call is but I presume you mean Outward Dialing ?

In the event of any problem with a provider get an ISDN tester to prove it one way or another or they will not believe you.

dear sbcsu

I installed ITSP trunk in OS4K V7 and it is working fine.
the original extension numbers are from 1000 to 4999
the SIP trunk range is from 224 9100 to 9199

The extension numbers has to change to 9xxx series
but customer dont want to change the series.

with FUFUM Commad we use to map the DID range with the physical number
that is
9100 to 1000 For example

If I dial 2249100 the call landing in extension 1000
but i am unable to call out because the ITSP wont allow the extension range other than 9xxx.

so it is mecessary to map the DOD number also.

if i am dialling from extension 1000 ,the ITSP has to recive the caller iD 2249100.
but ITSP recieving caller ID is 2241000 and it is out of range and it wont allow.

Hi,
In the SDAT for each extension change the PUBNUM (Public Number) and test again, you might have to leave out any initial digit in the area code.
