Could someone tell me how to document stored procedures storing the documentation outside SQL Server

Can you give us a better description of what you want to do?

Since someone else might have to do my job, I have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) book for my job. It explains everything I do. I have a printed copy of each stored procedure with it's explanation. I also have saved each stored procedure to floppy.

Okay. Look at SQLHelp at It has the basic functionality I want. The problem is that product ties the presentation to HTML Help format. I want the same parsing capability but allow the presentation format to change. I was thinking of using an Access database to store the information in temporarily after I parse it from SQL Server.
SQLHelp has some programmatic tags it allows te programmer to use that are placed in the generated documentation. For instance in Stored Procedure Code one could use "##BD This proc does X" on one line an this would serve as the description of the tag.
