Documentation tool for a SQL SVR 2000 DB?

I need a tool that will document a SQL SVR 2000 database. The built-in diagrams are fine, as far as they go, but I need something that will document the table structures, field types, lengths, indexes, etc.

I haven't fully explored SQL SVR 2000 yet, so there may well be something buried in there somewhere, but I've yet to find it.

Any recommendations?
