I need a documentation reporting tools, to give me a report of all the sql-server settings. databases, Filenames, filegroups ,users, replication, size, jobs .... aso
Does it exist?

SQL Insider 5.0 is a pretty inexpensive app. You could also go with a bigger name like Embarcaderos DBArtisan. Then again, quite a bit of what you are looking for could be created via system SPs in SQL Server itself. It may be a matter of price vs time here ... as it usually is.
