Documentation for custom reports

Hi

Is there a useful document detailing how to use the report writer for Arcserve 11.1? I am looking for real-world examples.

The program help is pretty basic, and (once again :-(), I have had no luck after searching support connect using the phrases My Reports or custom reports.

Once again, any help with be gratefully received, as my custom reports seem to cause the report generator to hang or produce no results

try installing the latest ARCserve service pack

doubtful that the hang is caused by anything you are doing

Our copy of Arcserve is fully patched (Build 3207). I was hoping there may be an online pdf or something similar. The help in Arcserve is basic at best, so I was hoping there might be a more useful version available.
