hi regarding this issue theres any documetn that you can provide? copy of the question 've recently setup CDR on a Definity G3r (release 8.3) and am currently logging both outbound and inbound calls.
My problem is that for inbound calls, I get a condition code of "H" if an incoming call was abandoned, but I do not get any indication of calls that were made outbound but were not answered.
The reason I would like to see this is for our Sales / Support organizations that may attempt to call a customer back but not get any answer. I would like that call logged. Plus, while the call is ringing, an outbound line is in use, and I want to know that.
Any help would be appreciated.
