Every time I print from Indesign CS2, everything is reduced in size by about an 1/8" of an inch. In the document, the size is what I need it to be but when I print it, it isn't that size. It's like it's shrinking the whole document. I make sure that it is set at 100%, but it still reduces every single document in size. I work for a printing company, and everything has to be perfect in size. Indesign is the only program that does this. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Usually, shrinkage at print is caused by mismatch in the print dialogue and the printer. It's very dependent on the printer software. For instance some printer software has independent "shrink to fit" or "fit margins". This is additional to the Setup option in the ID print window. Also, in the ID print window, make sure that you have the correct "page position" set in Setup.

We use ID CS1 on OSX 10.3.9. When you get the print window there's a button for "printer" it's active depending on what printer is selected and it's ppd if used. If you click the printer button you get the printer's options, including various shrinks.
