We have a document which is located on a network server and is accessible to several users in a department. All users are working from PCs with local printers attached.
This despatch label will only print for one of the users and comes out as intended. When the other users try and print it, it generates okay, and on a preview looks fine, however when they select print, nothing happens. No new window, no document, no nothing.
I am a novice when it comes to hardware, but can anyone point me in the right direction of where to look to rectify the problem.
They can print other things fine from this printer.
