Document Name and Ref Data not updating

We've recently upgraded from Gentran Director to Gentran Server for Windows. Problem is, the Document Name and Reference Data fields are not being updated for the first documents of each incoming interchange. So, if an interchange contains 5 orders for a customer, for instance, the first doc name entry is blank and the remaining 4 are populated. Sterling says that it is skipping compliance check on the first transaction but they can't figure out why (Skip compliance check is not checked off in partner --anyway, it is only skipping first one ).

Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you using the same translation objects that you were with Director? If so, I would try creating a new import map. Or there could be some kind of extended rule, maybe the looping is off.
Please let us know when the problem is solved.
