Working with GM5.5 SQL and remote GM5.5 DBF synching thru GoldSync.
Question I have been asked why the Network copy of goldmine has the Documents in Alphabetical Order (in the tree) but in the remote installs the forms are in a non alphabetical order.
Is there away to get the Forms to be listed in Alphabetical order in the remote site(laptop).

This isn't quite what you want but it should help as a work around. I'm assuming you are in the Document center (via: Edit | Custom Templates). In the tree to the left you're right it isn't sorted alphabetically, it's by creation date. Click on the left side on the Letters, Memos, and Faxes section. Then on the upper-right window when you can click on the title 'Description' and it will sort Z-A / A-Z with another Click. Not a direct answer, but your users should then be able to find what they need....Mark / BetterSalesNow.com
