document level mailboxes arent backing up

hey guys recently i ran into a problem with my backup server. im running brightstor 11.5 SP3 - whenever it tried to backup my mailboxes it runs for a minute and passes over it and says Finished meanwhile i know there is a lot of mailboxes. i checed the ExchVerify.log file and and error comes up saying

weird thing is that the exchange server & backup drive/software is are on the same server, so how could it not be found? and exchange is working because everyone is getting their mail..

any ideas?
 
Hello.

If your exchange is up and running on your server then you will have to look at config's.

Has the service account your using for the exchange agent locked out? can you logon with it to another PC?? If you can logon then you need to have a look at the exchange agent config. Are the details correct, did you tick the box for Brick level. I normaly forget to tick this box and endup shouting abuse at the server box.

Try the service account logon first.
