Document information/table?

I would like to put document information at the top of a series of flow charts (process name, process id, and a brief description). I was hoping to insert sort of a 3 cell table at the top, but can't find the right tool. Any suggestions?

One way to do it would be to create the heading you want in table form in a Word Document. Then insert it as an object into the Visio drawing.
