document() function

I would like to use the document() function in one of my stylesheets, but the Livelink 9.1 XSLT processor (i guess Xalan C++ 1.4) is not able to resolve the whole URL.

document('

http://myserver/test.cfm?objID=22662')

works ok, but unfortunately the URL parameter is lost.

Is there any solution to send URL parameters with the document() function?
