I have a database running in Access 2003, but in Access 2000 format.
When I run a report, from code, I set the default printer. (Laser or PDF printer.)

I get the messeage:

"This document was previously formatted for the printer on Ne01:, but that printer isn't avaialable. Do you want to use the default printer?"

How do I remove this message?

If you want to use the default printer, why don't you just set the report to use the default printer (file=>page setup=>page)and not worry about setting it in code?

As for your problem
Is Ne01 the printer you want to use?

NO: is the report set to use that printer? Can you remove the printer in the page setup?

YES: you might be getting some differences between what you're calling the printer and what the workstation thinks the printer is called. I've run into similar errors...same printer but different names on different workstations.
