document could not be opened...sharing violation

When trying to open a pdf from a web browser (IE 6), using Outlook web access, I am receiving an error that the document contains no data then another message saying that the document could not be opened...sharing violation.

When I try to use a mozilla browser (Firefox), I receive a different error , File does not begin with '%PDF-'.

When I save the pdf to a file and then open it, reader or acrobat will open it without a problem.

Any ideas on why I am receiving this error.
