Document Centre Crash

Hi

We have user running windows98,office Xp and Goldmine 5.5 with the latest version of the word document link for XP.

Every time they select a document via the document centre goldmine Crashes with the following error "GMW5 caused an invalid page fault in module tx_word.dll etc....."

Doeas anyone have a resolution or had the same problem

Hi

This looks like a corrupt dll file that are held in the \goldmine\tx32 directory.

I would install a dummy copy of GoldMine somewhere, then copy and replace the entire tx32 directory on your live system and see if that makes a difference.
