I have a client that would like to interface his Medisoft system to IP Office for the purposes of providing his patients a reminder of their upcoming appointments.

What would need to be done to IP Office, and what applications are required in order to facilitate this action? Or is this completed by using a 3rd party application?

Thanks in advance.

If your system uses a relational database that can be easily accessible (tables and fields) you (or better your business partner) can develop 3rd party applications that run on a server using TAPI to execute IP Office commands and Voicemail PRO+3rd Party DB integration+Text To Speech engine to provide you with the integration that you are after.

An analysis must be done of course and saying is much easy than getting it done, but the possibilities are there to develop a state of the art solution.

We did similar projects for customers which were amazed by the possibilites.
