DOCS Open displaying rubbish when clicking "View Document"

Hi

Unfortunately we still use DOCS Open here and when we click on "View Document" is displays a load of rubbish.
Word document are fine its just mostly images. Does anyone have any solutions?

I have tried different cameras and different resolutions.
