DoCmd.OutputTo truncates text box data

I have a report that contains some text boxes for very large memo fields. Can grow is set and majority of data is output but sometimes report doesn't output last few characters for a record. It's almost like it didn't grow enough. Some text boxes are many many lines long but it still truncates last few characters.

The report views on screen correctly and outputs to a .snp correctly but will not output correctly to html or rtf, which are the two formats that my end user wants.

Any ideas.
