Using Docmd I know that a report can be be opened with OpenReport, and a Where condition can be set

However, Docmd.OutputTo does not appear to let me specify a Where condition.

I am using VBA. Is there a work around to this?

thank you

John

How about putting the criteria directly in the Record Source of the report?

Other methods are:
- change the sql of the report's record source
- use a "criteria" table with a single record containing your criteria values in fields.
