Hello All,

A user has a tablet X41 and the docking station has a CD drive. Whenever he docks to the computer the CD takes drive G as the CD drive, the problem is a network drive also is mapped to the G drive. So he doesnt get the network drive but he also gets an error message from the network scripte which maps the drive. How do I change the drive that the docking station gets when he docks? Thanks.

In computer management go to disk management and when its connected right click on the cd drive and there will be an option to change the drive letter.

Computer management is in the control panel under administrative tools.
