I don't know if this is possible or not, but anybody know of a way to dock a browser instance (a specific page) in the taskbar by the clock (can't think of what that area is called)? The reason is I wrote a script and need it open all the time, but don't want it to take up space as an open document in the main taskbar. I've seen programs that let you "minimize" to that area, but didn't know if there was a way under the sun to get IE or something to do that...

It is called the "notification" area formally, but Microsoft itself gets this wrong often.

There are several freeware tools to minimize a running task bar application to the notication area. E.g.
Watch though that it does not interfere with other notification icons, as this sometimes happens. This is worth a Google search on "utility minimize to tray" or something similar to find alternative options if this does not work.

Then the last step is to remember that you can pass a URL to IE in the command line to execute at start.

Unfortunately, I'm trying to make it so that someone could minimize it to the tray without having to download something. Like some sort of VBscript or a tool that can go in the root directory that will provide the functionality. Know of anything like that?
