Here is a wild one. I have 2 Citrix servers. One running NT 4 with Metaframe 1.8. The other running Windows 2k with Metaframe 1.8. Within the last few days we started getting Dr. Watson errors when running apps published on the Windows 2k server, but only when run externally via the internet. Running the apps inside the firewall are no problem. The Watson error points to WFICA32.exe with a "Exception Access Violation" upon clicking OK we get another error "Cannot load Citrix ICA client drivers. Error 1021 Invalid Handle"

Any thoughts?

I'd say it's an NTFS permissions issue. First suspect; the temp directory.

Try using Filemon to track it down, if it's not that.

If you're using a browser to connect to an NFuse web page, delete the Temp Internet files and cookies.

I hope this helps CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk

On the root of my Citrix server there is a temp directory. Can this be cleaned out without causing a problem?

You can try to clean the Citrix Client Profile on your user's PC and see if that helps. Those profiles is under \windows\profiles\ if your workstation is running windows.
