Doc Link doesn't come through

Hi, I have a user who is getting doc links to a notes db, but the doclink doesn't come through. It is replaced by the wording in parentheses: (Document Link: db name, view). I have replaced her mail template, but it still isn't working. Other users are getting the doc link just fine.

What am I missing?

Check the field 'format preference for incoming mail' in the main directory first. Will probably work best with the setting 'Keep in senders format' unless there are some strange routings via SMTP or something other that might change the original format...
