My company is looking at using Administaff as our HR department. If you work in a situation like this can you give me some feedback on your experiences?
The company I work for does, COBRA Admin, FSA Admin, Ret Admin, DB/LOA Admin. Just the benefit side stuff, from open enrollments with the Flexible Spending Accounts or not thru the on going administration. As well as continuation of benefits for the COBRA, LOA, RETIREE groups, HIPAA Certs & DOL notices. Do not know the company your talking about. There is good and bad out there so do a thorough due diligence to ensure a good fit.
