The following items have been recommended to developers. The claim is that these products develop runtime versions of Access apps much better than the program that comes with Access developer. I wonder if any of you use these products and have an opinion on them:

Wise:
InstallShield:
SageKey:
I have Access 2000, in case that's relevant.

Yes, they are expensive and sometimes very complicated to use. If you know what files you require to product a setup, I use a free Setup program that is so good even Microsoft has used it. It's call Inno Setup and can be downloaded at Be aware though that runtimes for access are large which is one of the reasons I prefer to code in VB and backend to access.
