Do you have a defective DS30 unit?

A Nortel rep said (last week) that there is a known issue with some DS30 fiber to copper units and they-ITAS- are wondering how "many defective units are out there". If you have one, contact ITAS or your distributor.

I know you need a release 5 ds30 adaptor and anything before was flakey I think that is the latest or is there another? I think we have stopped using them because they are so unreliable.( even the release 5 )
