Good day

Is there a way to have one ACD agent login to multiple ACD queues with out having to purchace SECC or CC 6.0?

Thanks in Advance

Mike

We used to have Multi Queueing available on a Meridian MAX run system. I believe there is a Multi Queue package (MQA?) that had to be activated.

Well, I didn't say we were current! :)

Meridian (I believe) has officially entered End Of Life, as well as not being sold...

I was recently told that you couldn't buy Symposium seperately anymore, that you now have to buy Contact Center - it was all being bundled together. Can anyone confirm this?

We have MQA package on our 81C I believe that we purchaced it because we were going to install either SECC / CC 6.0
but now they don't want it, but they want to have agents login to different queues.

You can not, without MAX or Symposium, log into mutiple queues even if you have MQA.

I have CCM 6.0.04.04 Co-Res Which is Sym & Webclient w/o thick client, all browser base. But you do not have to purchase every bell and whistle offered with CCM. I beleive there are 3 packages pending on company size.

Multiple Queue Assignement is possible without having CC6.0/Symposium/MAX. Check out the following NTP “ACD system features” Page 355 MQA. It states that:

For CS 1000 Release 4.5, MQA requires the following:
• MQA package enabled
• MQA prompt set to YES in the ADS block

Note: Meridian MAX and the RPRT option are no longer required for
CS 1000 Release 4.5.

Forgot about that, yes 4.5 and above are good to go. Thanks for the correction.

Ditto
you can have MQA without Meridian Max, however can you build an ADS Block after your ACD DNs and ACD phones are allready built?
