Do we need License for SBC With CS1K?

Configure AVAYA SBC + Session Mgr + System Mgr 6.3 with CS1K 7.65, it’s work fine but getting license Err. On SBC, It’s working in Grace period. My question is Do we need License for SBC? As our sales told me that no need if Configure with Avaya CS1K. pls Help…

You always need a sbc license.

Generally nowadays, you get 1/7 per user. So, if you buy licensing for 700 aura users, included is 100 channels on the sbc.

You would need the SBCE Standard license for SIP trunks and Adanced license for remote workers.
