I feel like this is a dumb question but as they are so similar I thought it best to make sure.

I'm trying to clean up the WSUS in my SBS2011 Standard box and right now SBS2008 is selected under Option-->Products and Classifications. As a result I have a lot of 2008 updates listed that I would like to clear out.

Is it safe to remove the SBS2008 updates altogether and uncheck from Products?

Would the same apply for Exchange 2007 if running Exchange 2010?

Yes, you don't need E2007 or SBS2008 updates, and can remove them.

It's also pretty normal practice to disable the whole "Drivers" category since it covers such a vast range of things, can take up a lot of room and is really something that should be managed carefully.
