Do RAID-5 drives need to be the same model?

I am adding some new drives to RAID-5 array. It has three U160 80-pin 18.3 GB Seagate drives right now. My question is, what is people's opinion whether the new drives have to be exactly the same model as the old ones? I am looking at some Seagate drives that are also U160, 80-pin, 10,000 RPM but have different buffer size, and are slightly larger in capacity (18.4 GB), and so have different cylinder size and number of tracks, etc.

How big a deal is this?
