I'm about to start up again with web developing and am wondering if people would recommend Adobe GoLive? I'm an avid photoshop user, I've written sites in flash and front page, and am hoping to find a faster / easier option and am hoping I can keep it in the adobe family...Is this a product you would recommend? And if not, where would you look?

Thanks,
David

Personally, as one Adobe addict to another, yes, I wholeheartedly recommend GoLive! It's much more intuitive as regards integrating Photoshop, Illustrator, Live Motion and Image Ready, and if you are comfortable with Photoshop, you'll appreciate GL much more than fighting with Dreamweaver.

It's a lot more complex than Front Page, though. Of course, at some point, all the apps work basically the same, so I think you will really appreciate and like GL.

Download the 30 day Trial Version, and see what you think!

David,

I'm about to design my first web page and I was wondering about doing it with go live and photoshop. how has your experiance been?

how affective is it to use photoshop to create a website. I don't have software such as Dreamweaver, but I'm told I can do everything with Photoshop and Go live. Is this for basic stuff, or is it the real deal option to other web design programs?
