Do not laugh please - OTM Password -

My telephone engineer is gone for a few weeks. My other technician has forgot the password to OTM. I tried the default, that didnt work. I have Admin rights to the local machine, is there a file or a reg key hack I can do to get into OTM?

I am hoping there is a password file that I can edit like in Unix or a reg key value to modify.

But I will in any case thank the engineer for changing the default password, many times we do not change it.

If its otm 2.x its the local administrator and password account on the machine...

with admin rights just go to the users login name and change his password, that will give you otm, within otm you can add your admin name, then your login name and password will give you otm access
