Do not know db2admin password

HELP!
I am very new to DB2 and I am taking over for someone who has been fired and I cannot contact. They did not document the db2admin password anywhere and I can't access the database to even do a backup!
Is there anyway that I can reset the password?????
Any help in this matter would be extremely appreciated.

DB2 'loans' accounts and passwords from the operating system, so look at those values and you have the set for the DB2 db2admin account !!!!
