i did the initial config on the sl2100. but my problem is that when I initiate an internal call, I hear nothing of what the other person is saying and he neither does not hear what I say.
What? legacy to IP or legacy to legacy? If legacy to legacy are you using it on the speaker or handset, Could they be muted? Have you done a system reset? Could you hear each other when the system was in factory default state?
