Inherited Crystal Web XI report environemnt, no previous expereince.

Figured out how to publish new reports, however, I am unable to delete published reports.
Now have populated repository with multiple copies of same report, would like to clean up.

Do not know the Crystal admin account credentials, my account does not have permission to
perform delete function.

Looking for assistance and strategy for deleting reports and / or acquiring / resetting
admin credentials.

Thanks,

AWARIA

I always have a folder of 'Old Copies' and dump them in there. I can delete, but sometimes I need to recover something.

Thanks for the post.

I am still stuck on deleting publshed reports.

My credentials do not permissions, and I do not know what the Crystal Admin, if that's the correct term, userId and password. Is there default credntials that I could attempt and maybe
no ever edited?

Or is there a way to default the "admin" credntials and then I could change?

Risk in doing that?

Thanks,
