Morning Folks,
I have a question concerning the DND feature on the Dterm phones. Is there a command within the MAT to remove DND activation Via the Mat as opposed to physically going to the set to deactivate DND or from the LEN itself? We have multiple PBXs throughout the county and when a user "accidently" sets this feature on thier station I have to go to the site to correct this .

Thanks Belevedere I can always count on you for the answer! Would I have to construct an entire CS table for that or can I modify our existing CS tables?
 
I do not know what system you have, but generally you can restrict it globally in COS, then create a different COS for those that need/want it.
